CHRIS BROWN & HOW WE'RE GOING TO HANDLE THE SITUATION GOING FORWARD...

One Of My Favorite Artists Of The Last Couple Of Years, Chris Brown Was Charged Yesterday Of Two Felonies Due To What Allegedly Happened On The Night Of February 8th.

Nearly A Month After Brown Was Booked On Suspicion Of Making Criminal Threats Following A Violent And, Judging By Recently Released Evidence, Bloody Altercation With Rihanna, The 19-Year-Old R&B Star Has Been Formally Charged With Two Felonies, Assault With Force Likely To Produce Great Bodily Injury And Making Criminal Threats.

If Convicted On Both Counts, Brown's Sentence Could Range From Probation To A Maximum Of Four Years And Eight Months In State Prison.

As A Husband & A Father Myself, This Is A Situation I Don't Take Lightly. I Make A Lot Of Jokes On The Air, But Domestic Violence Is Not Humorous In Any Way. I've Made A Personal Decision On My Show To Not Play Him Over The Past Month. It Was A Choice On My Part, Which Was A Situation That Much Went Into. After Much Consideration On The Matter, I've Decided To Heed "The Adams" Advice And Make The Decision For Our Station As A Whole To Not Play Chris Brown's Music Or Promote Other Projects Until Further Notice. 

Even If A Plea Bargain Is Reached, It Is Going To Be Awhile Until You'd Hear Mr. Brown On Jammin' 105.5 In Heavy Rotation Like Much Of His Work Was In The First 14-15 Months Of Our Existence.

Ground Rules For The Dirty Man Bet...

Hopefully, I Can Type Better Than I Can Speak This Evening....As Per "THE ADAMS" Latest Blog Entry, I'm Laying Down Guidelines For My Beard Growth...I Will Shave Once One Of The Following Two Things Occur:

1. It Does Not Snow For One Week Straight. (It Can Rain, Sleet, Hail Or Any Other Adverse Weather Condition For A Week & The Beard Will Come Off)

OR....

2. Nothing But Glorious Sunshine For One Week...

If Either Happen, Off Comes The Beard...Stay Tuned-AJL

WHAT?

I don't endorse, approve, or otherwise agree with AJ Logan not shaving until "it stops snowing."

What does that mean? When it stops snowing for like a day? A week? We get snow here sometimes in JULY. Where are you drawing the line in the sand, AJ?

All of us that have to work with you here are certainly glad you chose not to shave instead of like, not taking a shower. Most of us know that you making an effort to grow facial hair will be a fruitless effort, because you can't get blood out of turnip, the ocean doesn't reach the Mojave desert, we might see a wild hair from your nose or something......no wonder you've been making friends with the station cat more than usual lately. Using superglue from your daughter's hair doesn't count. Neither does hair from your armpits.

But you do what you think you can to get a little fuzz on the face. There are much easier ways to do this without punishing the rest of us, if you know what I mean.

Do us all here a favor and give us some guidelines. We've had snow fall in almost every month of the year in this area.....so tell us a more definitive rule of how long we have to endure this experiment.

Some of us think we should be the one to shave you when you figure out it's not gonna snow anymore too. I'll be the first in line!
